Brady, Ellie, and Bryan are all great helpers in the kitchen. We have been taking care of some produce grown in our garden or given to us, and doing other projects in the kitchen. I sure appreciate their help!

That's what I need to make applesauce, a good labor force and the right equipment. But then I've never endeavored to make 90 jars before...maybe once our apple tree matures?
