We have been busy and having lots of fun this summer, but I have been rather lazy about posting any of the great events. So, now it's time to play catch up.
We went on a fun hike in Kolob with the Discover Your Own Backyard Program. It was a very blustery day, but the views were gorgeous and it was nice to go to Kolob for free.
We went camping in Pine Valley a few days after Memorial Day. It was perfect. The weather was great and there was hardly anyone there. Grandpa and Grandma Lillywhite came up one night for dinner. We went fishing (unsuccessfully) and did some short hikes. The kids played in the stream next to our camp site and had a glorious time.
Our next adventure was hiking Spring Creek in Kanarraville again, but with cousins this time. It was more fun with people we knew. The kids had a good time together and the weather was great. We saw a few rattlesnakes along the way and went far enough to exhaust everyone. It's a hike we'd like to do lots of times.
June finished up with the Randall Family Camp at Strawberry Resevoir. There was very little successful fishing, but the food was good and the company was great. Brady was there but not often where the camera was. The kids had a great time with their cousins. It was fun to spend time with family.
That was June. Soon we'll update July, etc.

Wow, you have been pretty busy this summer! Those are all such beautiful places and I haven't been to any but Strawberry. I guess I need to get to know my 'backyard' too;) Oh and where are some pictures of that cute belly!?
